CCTA 2026 organizing committee encourages you to nominate the eligible students (primary contributor(s) of a paper, who was a student at the time of original submission) to CCTA Best Student Paper Award.
The nomination letter should include:
- Nominator’s name, email address, PaperPlaza PIN
- Nominee’s name, IEEE Student Member number, affiliation
- Paper ID, Paper title
- Justification for the nomination: Limit 3000 characters (with spaces). Please address clearly the following points: 1) technical merit, 2) significance of the results in advancing the state of the art in the subject and 3) the portion of contribution made by the student author.
- Certification: “I certify that the nominee was the principal author of the paper and that she/he is an IEEE Student Member at the time of the nomination.”
The nomination letter for a paper should be submitted in Paperplaza, Awards nominations 2026 portal, after the final version of the paper has been submitted by the authors.
