Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests should be sent to the Registration Chair.
- For refund requests received by June 15, 2026, all registration fees will be refunded.
- No refunds will be given for requests received after June 15, 2026.
- Registration used to upload a paper will not be refunded even if the paper is withdrawn or the author is unable to attend the conference.
