Your booth is conveniently located on the main hallway on the 3rd floor where all the events and presentations are taking place. The area is highly visible. The attendees will have opportunity to visit your area during breaks, or between the sessions.

Please note: the booth furniture, desks, chairs, backdrops, poster holders, dividers are responsibility of the exhibitor. The exhibitor can also consider renting the furniture from a local company.

Desk dimensions are within 6 X 3 feet [183cm X 92 cm].

This event can take place on the conference days for an additional cost determined by the Hotel. This may be a coffee break, a lunch or dinner event. The catering arrangements are through the Hotel management only.
